Born in Portsmouth and raised in Windsor, my journey took me from Gloucester County to college in Atlanta, Georgia, and then into the military. These experiences shaped me into who I am today: someone deeply connected to her roots and committed to making a difference in the lives of others. In 2001, I joined my father, Randall Phelps, in the insurance business, eventually taking over his book of business in 2007. It was more than just a job; it became a way to continue a legacy and deepen connections with clients, some of whom have known me since I was a child.

My life has been marked by service, from my time in the Army to the moments I spend singing, dancing, and skating. These aren't just hobbies; they're expressions of a deeper desire to bring joy to others, whether through my work or while hosting friends and family.

Outside of work, my life is filled with simple joys. I treasure time with my grandchildren, indulge in crafting and music, and find fulfillment in volunteering, especially at church. Recently, raising chickens has become a newfound delight. Weekends are spent with family, exploring new places and flavors, or hunting for treasures in antique shops and thrift stores. My husband and I share this passion, finding stories in each piece we discover.

Volunteering plays a significant role in my life, especially through our church's fundraisers, including yard sales and bake sales. Supporting charities through these events is something I'm deeply passionate about, offering a meaningful way to give back to the community that has given me so much.
